Developed by Joseph R. Scogna, Jr.
Joseph Scogna (1949-1989) was dedicated to understanding life energy and the complex connection between the body, the mind, and the spirit. He was interested in all branches of knowledge; he incorporated time-tested Eastern philosophies, Western medicine and quantum physics, uniting all in the universe language of mathematics.
In his quest, Joe experimented with frequency counters and electric meters of various sorts. Perhaps his greatest achievement was his cutting-edge use of infrared detectors to catalog emotional traumas, the psychological causes of disease and disharmony.
Dr. Schwarz studied with Joseph Scogna for nearly five years and developed the Computerized Bio-Energy Testing and Allergy program.
Bio-energy research, through Scogna’s infrared thermography sensor-scanner and the subsequent computer programs like SAF and other dichotomies developed by him, enables us to encode symptoms that the body gives off in electromagnetic frequencies. Symptoms are messages that can be read on different parts of the body. Face, hands, feet, and other parts of the body reveal unresolved traumas and give insights into the relationship between bodily functions and the psychological and emotional issues that emerge.
Electromagnetic frequency-adaptation
As natural laws govern our earth and solar system, so the human body is subject to these laws as well as the law of physical electromagnetic energy. Scientists can easily measure the electrical field generated around electrical wires, receptacles and appliances when current is flowing through them. Electricity is energy. Energy is produced in the basic function of electrons spinning around the nucleus of an atom. Electrons changing orbits produce different energy and frequencies. We use this phenomenon every day in our lives when we turn on any electrical appliance.
We have found that thoughts, emotions, electromagnetic radiation from high voltage wires and transmitting stations, environmental chemicals, foods, injuries (both physical and emotional) can all effect the frequencies inside the brain and nervous system. The human body and mammals have similar electromagnetic fields through which cells communicate with each other and the organ systems.
Communications between organs and organ systems is vital. Communications allows the body to adjust the function of each organ according to the needs of the whole body. The heart must know when the body is resting so that it can slow down and when organs need more blood so that it can speed up. The kidneys must know when the body has too much fluid so that they can produce more dilute urine and when the body is dehydrated so that they can conserve water.
Through communication, the body keeps itself in balance - a concept called homeostasis. Through homeostasis, organs neither underwork nor overwork, and each organ facilitates the functions of every other organ.
Communication to maintain homeostasis can occur through the nervous system or through chemical stimulation. The autonomic nervous system, in large part, controls the complex communication network that regulates bodily functions. This part of the nervous system functions without a person's thinking about it and without much noticeable indication that it is working. Chemicals used to communicate are called transmitters. Transmitters that are produced by one organ and travel to other organs through the bloodstream are called hormones. Transmitters that conduct messages between parts of the nervous system are called neurotransmitters.
With our infrared sensor system we can determine frequency changes in the human body indicating strength or weakness of certain organs or systems. We can measure the bio-energetic field, its need for the appropriate remedies such as vitamins, minerals, foods and even medically prescribed drugs. We have a non-invasive method of evaluating total body function, both physical and emotional.
Our computer diagnostic system can map and describe in detail the sensitive present and past health history of the patient and enable us to make correction before major health problems arise. With our system and homeopathic remedies as well as nutritional support, we can see dramatic changes in a short time, correcting organ and system dysfunction.
